Since I was kid, I have very sensitive and allergic skin with atopic dermatitis. As I get older it got better but I still need to be conscious of maintaining the skin condition to not trigger any bad reactions. I used to use prescription cream to keep my skin well-moisturized. There are three types of cream that I get from dermatologist. 1.Strong: comes with good amount of steroid. Only use for partly when there are bad rash with. 2. Medium: comes with small amount of steroid. Only apply it partly to itchy place. 3: No steroid. Apply all over the body twice a day. Mainly to keep the skin moisturized. I still get prescription for 1 and 2, but for 3 I have been using some retail products instead. Because, it was quite oily and sticky, and the amount I get given at once didn’t really last long since I use twice a day for all body. Therefore, I decided to take a look around what’s available. Since then, I am quite familiar with skin/cosmetic brands (especially with those organic ones) even tho I’m a guy. I get quite excited when I step into shops with full of those products. I’m specially interested in the stories beyond the products/brands. Packaging, products line-up, visual experiences and of course product itself, everything as one talks the colour of each brand. One of my favorite brand I met back in few years ago when I had really bad sun burnt skin was Korres. Yoghurt cooling after-sun face and body cream-gel is one of my favorite products from Korres. It can be just used as every day moisturizer after shower, It’s great especially in the Summer as it has cooling effect. What I really like abou this is not just product being fantastic, but all over experience of owning and using this product, from the shop shelf to unpacking it and squeezing experience with its cleverly designed container in actual contexts. In my opinion, their body cream and body butter series are the strongest products and I highly recommend it.
